iraf 再インストール メモ

iraf 起動時 (cl コマンド入力後)に
   NOAO/IRAF PC-IRAF Revision 2.16 EXPORT Thu May 24 15:41:17 MST 2012
      This is the EXPORT version of IRAF V2.16 supporting PC systems.


  Welcome to IRAF.  To list the available commands, type ? or ??.  To get
  detailed information about a command, type `help <command>'.  To run  a
  command  or  load  a  package,  type  its name.   Type  `bye' to exit a
  package, or `logout' to get out  of the CL.    Type `news' to find  out
  what is new in the version of the system you are using. 

  Visit http://iraf.net if you have questions or to report problems.

  The following commands or packages are currently defined:

が表示されなくて気持ち悪いので再インストールすることにした

神山さんのサイトを参考　ほぼこれの通りにやってうまくいった

ちなみにPCはMacOSX Lion 10.7.5 だった

/usr/local/iraf/iraf 以下の中身を消し去る　(ソースの tar が残っているならそれは残すと再ダウンロードの手間が省ける)
>tar の解凍はターミナルでやるなら sudoをつけないとうまくいかなかった

>csh
sourceウンタラカンタラの件はスルー

>sudo ./install
/iraf/iraf を最初指定するように言われるがうまくいかない
→ /usr/local/iraf/iraf　に変更
あとは Enter連打　(Network うんたらは　yes -> no に)

xgterm, ds9を入れ直す
    ・xgterm
    → http://iraf.net/downloads/ からソースのパッケージを展開
     /usr/local/bin にxgtermがあることを確認
    ・ds9
    → http://hea-www.harvard.edu/RD/ds9/site/Download.html　ダウンロード(Mac Lion)
    ds9, ds9.zip を/usr/local/bin コピー
